摘要
针对吊舱天线罩使用过程中的常见损伤,分析了常见损伤产生的原因。利用HFSS电磁仿真软件,对天线罩蒙皮脱落、线性划伤、罩体浸水进行了损伤建模,并仿真了电磁波透过正常天线罩和损伤天线罩前后天线方向图及天线罩电性能的变化。结果表明:蒙皮脱落、线性划伤对天线罩电性能影响较小,罩体浸水对天线罩电性能影响较大,会带来副瓣电平升、透波率下降、天线增益下降等不良影响,当浸水面积与天线口径相当时,天线方向性图会严重失真,造成天线不能正常工作。
Aiming at the common damage of pod radome in use,the causes of common damage are analyzed.By using HFSS electromagnetic simulation software,the damage models of radome skin shedding,linear scratch and radome body immersion are established.The changes of antenna pattern and radome electrical performance before and after the transmission of celestial electromagnetic wave through normal radome and damaged radome are simulated.The results show that the skin shedding and linear scratch have little effect on the electrical performance of radome,while the water immersion of radome has great influence on the electrical performance of radome,which will bring adverse effects such as sidelobe level rise,transmittance decrease and antenna gain decrease.When the immersion area is equal to the aperture of antenna,the antenna directional pattern will be seriously distorted,leading to antenna distortion.Not working properly.
