摘要 基于真空断路器在做动热稳定试验时触头经常出现熔焊的情况,分析了动稳定和热稳定对动热稳定试验的影响。根据动热稳定试验的实际情况,结合电接触理论计算了热稳定时的触头温度和动稳定时触头间的电动斥力,给出了不同耐受电流情况下所需要的触头压力值。并用有限元法对电动斥力进行了仿真分析,从而验证了用经验公式计算触头所需压力的正确性。 The contacts of vacuum circuit breaker often appear fusion in the short-time withstand current and peak withstand current test.The infuence of short-time withstand current and peak withstand current on the test is analyzed.According to the actual situation of the test and the electric contact theory,the contacts temperature under the short-time withstand current and the electric repulsion force between the contacts under the peak withstand current are calculated.The contact force values under different withstand current are given.The electric repulsion force is simulated by the fnite element method,which verifes the correctness of using the empirical formula to calculate the contact force.
