基于Workbench的曲柄压力机连杆调节螺纹的应力分析 被引量:2

摘要 针对压力机连杆调节螺纹应力分布不均的现象,应用ANSYS Workbench软件二维平面分析方法,对某型号压力机连杆调节螺纹进行有限元分析与模拟仿真,以解决应力不均造成的螺牙损伤甚至破坏的问题。主要研究了螺母材质与形状对螺纹副应力分布的影响。分析得到了45钢调节螺杆分别与HT150、QT600-3、45钢材质的螺母组成的螺纹副的应力云图,以及不同阶梯位置的阶梯螺母的应力对比云图。分析结果表明:使用弹性模量低于调节螺杆的螺母有助于降低螺杆上的应力,使螺杆应力分布趋于均匀,但会增大螺母上的应力;采用阶梯型螺母能够有效降低螺母的最大应力,随着阶梯位置由上到下地移动,螺母上的应力先减小后增大,但此方法不能降低螺杆应力。 For the uneven stress distribution in connecting rod adjusting threads of press,the finite element analysis and simulation of the connecting rod adjusting thread for a certain type of press were conducted by the two-dimensional plane analysis method in software ANSYS Workbench to solve the problem of teeth damage or even destruction caused by the uneven stress,and the main research focused on the influences of nut materials and shapes on the stress distribution of thread pair. Then,the stress nephograms of thread pair composed of adjusting screws for 45 steel and nuts for HT150,QT600-3 and 45 steel respectively were obtained,and the stress comparison nephograms of step nuts at different step positions were given. The results show that using nuts with the elastic modulus lower than that of the adjusting screws helps to reduce the stress on the screws and makes the stress distribution on the screws more uniform,but it increases the stress on the nuts. However,using step nuts can efficiently reduce the maximum stress on the nuts,and with the step position moving from top to bottom,the stress on the nuts first decreases and then increases,but the stress on the screws cannot be decreased.
