摘要
为使自动合套机合套后的双半内圈双列角接触球轴承的轴向游隙在规定范围内,根据该轴承结构的几何关系及相关内、外圈沟道简易轴向位置综合测量值,将轴向游隙经典计算公式做泰勒展开后,得到了轴向游隙近似计算方法。并据此提出一种合套选配方案,编写出相应的程序,经新研发的某轴承自动合套机使用验证,装配合套的轴承既能满足轴向游隙要求,又能满足高合套率要求。
In order to make axial clearance of double row angular contact ball bearings with two piece inner rings within prescribed range after assembly by automatic assembly machine,according to geometric relationship of bearing structure and simple comprehensive axial measurement values of relevant inner and outer ring raceway,the approximate calculation method for axial clearance is obtained after Taylor expansion of classical calculation formula for axial clearance.Based on this,a scheme for selective assembly is put forward,and a corresponding program is wrote.The assembled bearings meet both the requirements of axial clearance and high assembly rates after verification by a newly developed automatic assembly machine.
