摘要
警察行业英语教学离不开基础英语教学,基础英语教学是行业英语教学的根基,没有基础英语知识体系架构的行业英语教学是无皮之毛。同时,警察行业英语教学离不开实训教学,实训是在模拟实践中将知识转化为技能,是完成“知识盘活”的重要过程,是达到“学以致用”目标的必经之途。在此思辨梳理的基础上,提出在警察类院校实行“基础、行业、实训一体化”英语教学模式的建议,其中以“行业”为中心,三者彼此渗透,相互融合,共同筑起警察类院校英语教学的大厦。
Police professional English teaching is inseparable from basic English teaching.As basic English teaching serves as the foundation for professional English teaching,without the system structure of basic English knowledge,professional English teaching is just like skinless hair.Meanwhile,practical training is an indispensable content in police professional English teaching.Practical training,with the aim to transform knowledge into skills in simulative practice,is an important process of"activating knowledge"and the only way to achieve the goal of"making study serve the practical purpose".Based on this theoretical analysis,this paper suggests implementing the English teaching mode of"integration of foundation,profession and practical training"in police colleges,in which"profession"is the core,three elements permeate and integrate with each other,and jointly contribute to the development of English teaching in police colleges.
