摘要 为了探究氧化石墨烯(GO)对豆科植物的环境胁迫效应,以紫花苜蓿为材料,在土壤中加入不同比例的GO(质量分数分别为0.2%、0.4%和0.6%),研究GO处理对紫花苜蓿幼苗生长和生理生态特征的影响.结果发现,0.2%GO处理对株高生长有轻微促进作用,且显著增加了茎和叶的生物量;但0.4%和0.6%GO处理下株高和生物量均显著降低.GO处理显著降低了紫花苜蓿的叶绿素含量.除0.2%GO处理组中叶片的质膜透性较对照组显著降低外,其他2个质量分数的处理组中叶片质膜透性都有所增加.0.4%和0.6%GO处理显著提高了苜蓿叶和茎的MDA含量.茎和叶中CAT活性随GO质量分数的增加均显著提高,SOD和POD活性随GO质量分数的增加呈现先降后升趋势,0.6%GO处理组中达到最大值.0.2%GO处理组中MDA含量和SOD、POD活性均显著低于对照组的数值.由此可知,少量的GO对紫花苜蓿生长有轻微促进作用,大量的GO则会抑制紫花苜蓿的生长. To explore the environmental stress of graphene oxide(GO)on Leguminosae,different proportions(0.2%,0.4%,0.6%)of GO were added to the soil to investigate the effect of GO on the physiological and ecological characteristics of Medicago sativa.The results showed that 0.2%GO treatment slightly promoted the plant height,and significantly increased the biomass of stems and leaves,but 0.4%and 0.6%GO treatments significantly reduced the plant height and biomass.The addition of GO significantly reduced the chlorophyll content of Medicago sativa.The plasma membrane permeability of the leaves treated with 0.2%GO was significantly lower than that of control,but that of the two other GO treatments increased.0.4%and 0.6%GO treatments significantly increased the MDA contents of the leaves and stems.The CAT activity of stems and leaves both increased significantly with the increase of GO mass fraction.The SOD and POD activity decreased at first and then increased with the increase of GO mass fraction,and reached the maximum in 0.6%GO treatment.The content of MDA,SOD and POD activity in 0.2%GO treatment were significantly lower than that of the control.Overall,small amount of GO can slightly promote the growth of Medicago sativa,and large amount of GO can inhibit the growth of Medicago sativa.
