摘要
医疗欠费问题已成为全国各地医疗机构普遍存在的顽疾,该公立医院作为该省三甲医疗机构,医疗欠费问题同样无法幸免,自2007年1月-2016年12月,医疗欠费已经高达近1700万元之巨。巨额医疗欠款已对该医院的正常运作形成掣肘。该文分析医疗欠费的原因及寻找各种可能的实务处理方案,力图构建可操作性的医疗欠费防控体系。
The problem of medical arrears has now become a common problem in medical institutions across the country. A public hospital as a top three medical institution in a province, the problem of medical arrears is also not avoided. From2007 to December 2016, medical arrears have reached as high as nearly 17 million yuan. The huge amount of medical arrears has hindered the normal operation of a hospital. It is urgent to analyze the causes of medical arrears and find various possible practical solutions. and try to build a feasible medical arrears prevention and control system.
