摘要
为探明适合楸树硬枝扦插成活的ABT生根粉溶液浓度和浸泡时间,开展ABT生根粉对楸树硬枝扦插生根率的影响试验。结果表明,当楸树插穗在100 mg/L ABT溶液中浸泡2~4 h时,扦插效果最好;在50 mg/L ABT溶液下,不同浸泡时间的插穗均表现出较高的生根率;使用300~500 mg/L ABT生根粉溶液速蘸插穗基部,能够显著提高楸树硬枝扦插生根率。
In order to find out the concentration and soaking time of ABT root powder which were suitable for hardwood cuttings of Catalpa bungei,an experiment was carried out on effect of ABT root powder on rooting rate of hardwood cuttings of C.bungei.The results showed that the cutting effect was best when cuttings of C.bungei were immersed in 100 mg/L ABT solution for 2-4 h;at 50 mg/L ABT solution,the rooting rate was higher under different soaking time.Using 300-500 mg/L ABT root powder solution to quickly dip into the the cuttings base could significantly improve the rooting rate of the hardwood cuttings of C.bungei.
