基于异形导电填料的轻质宽频掺杂型电磁屏蔽涂料 被引量:1

摘要 选取线状多壁碳纳米管和片状银包铜粉作为导电填料,环氧树脂为成膜物,采用共混法制备了在宽频范围具有优异电磁屏蔽性能的轻质电磁屏蔽涂料。用扫描电镜观察了涂层的形貌,用四探针电阻测试仪测量了它们的体积电阻率。考察了导电填料用量对涂层性能的影响。含质量分数分别为35%和1%的银包铜粉与碳纳米管的涂层在14 kHz^1.5 GHz区间内的整体屏蔽效能达到30.00 dB以上,附着力1级,铅笔硬度4H,500 h盐雾试验后不起泡、不脱落、不开裂,其综合性能满足使用要求。 Several lightweight electromagnetic shielding paints with excellent electromagnetic shielding property in a wide frequency range were prepared by blending epoxy resin(as binder)with linear multi-walled carbon nanotubes and flake-shaped silver-clad copper powder(both as conductive fillers).The micro-morphologies of the cured coatings were observed using scanning electron microscope,and their volume resistivity were measured using four-probe resistance tester.The coating containing 35wt.%silver-clad copper powder and 1wt.%carbon nanotubes had an overall shielding effectiveness higher than 30.00 dB within the frequency range from 14 kHz to 1.5 GHz,an adhesion of 1 grade,a pencil hardness of 4H,and could endure a 500-hour neutral salt spray test without bubbling,fall-off,or cracking,meeting the requirements for use.
