摘要
目的:分析椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定系统治疗胸腰段脊柱骨折患者的临床效果。方法:2015年4月-2018年6月收治胸腰段脊柱骨折患者56例,均行椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定系统治疗,观察临床效果。结果:患者治疗后Cobb角明显下降,椎体前缘高度及椎体后缘高度明显提高,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。所有患者均未出现切口感染、脊髓损伤、断钉、钉松、脑脊液漏液等不良反应。结论:对胸腰段脊柱骨折患者行椎弓根螺钉联合连接棒内固定系统治疗的效果显著,安全性较高,具有显著临床价值。
Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of pedicle screw combined with connecting rod internal fixation system in the treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture.Methods:From April 2015 to June 2018,56 cases of thoracolumbar spine fracture were admitted,all patients were treated with pedicle screw combined with connecting rod internal fixation system.We compared the clinical effect.Results:After treatment,the Cobb angle decreased significantly,the height of the anterior and posterior edge of the vertebral body increased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).None of the patients had adverse reactions such as incision infection,spinal cord injury,broken nail,loosening nail,cerebrospinal fluid leakage.Conclusion:The treatment of thoracolumbar spine fracture with pedicle screw and connecting rod internal fixation system has significant effect,which has high safety and significant clinical value.
