边坡岩体清除的静态控制爆破断裂设计方法研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对传统的静态控制爆破破岩模型的不足,将静态控制爆破技术与断裂力学有效结合,提出了边坡岩体清除的静态爆破物理模型和断裂力学模型,给出了边坡斜孔裂纹尖端应力强度因子的计算公式,并解译了边坡岩体清除的静态爆破断裂力学机制;基于Charles应力腐蚀原理的亚临界裂纹扩展的三阶段基本理论,探讨了钻孔裂纹的起裂、扩展、贯通机制,并得到了静态爆破孔亚临界裂纹扩展速度与岩石裂纹尖端应力强度因子的关系式,推导出亚临界裂纹扩展的三阶段裂纹长度,最终给出了静态控制爆破的断裂设计方法;将该方法应用于万州太白岩Bw67号高陡岩质边坡清除工程,并结合现场静态爆破压力试验和断裂设计思想优化了爆破设计参数,现场施工结果表明边坡岩体清除面较完整,未对下方的建(构)筑物造成损害。 For the deficiency of rock breaking model in traditional static control blasting,this paper combines the static control blasting technique with fracture mechanics,and proposes the physical model and fracture mechanics model of the static blasting under excavation of slope rock-mass,then gains the computational formula of the stress intensity factor in crack tips of inclined hole.The paper also interprets fracture mechanics mechanism for the static blasting on excavation of slope rock-mass.Based on the three stages theory of the subcritical crack propagation in Charles’ s stress corrosion principle,the paper discusses the crack initiation,propagation and cut-through mechanism of borehole crack,obtains the relational expression of subcritical crack propagation velocity of static blasting borehole and stress intensity factor in crack tip,then deduces the three stages crack length of the subcritical crack propagation.In conclusion,the paper gives the fracture design method of the static control blasting ultimately.Such a method has been applied to excavation engineering of high and steep rock slope Bw67 in Taibaiyan,Wanzhou District,Chongqing Muncipality.The blasting parameters are optimized pursuant to site static blasting pressure test and fracture design idea.It is concluded that by site construction than rock-mass excavation face on slope is complete,which does not cause damage on inferior structures.
