含微孔涂层的红外辐射特性数值计算及低辐射设计

摘要 采用微泡为填充物,分散在树脂材料中,并研究此非导电型材料的红外辐射特性。从Mie散射和Kubelka-Munk二流模型出发,给出涂层红外辐射率理论模型,讨论了涂层中微孔尺寸、树脂折射率、涂层厚度及微孔含量对涂层红外辐射率的影响。结果表明:微孔体积分数增加到15%以后,涂层红外辐射率不再降低。厚度到400μm后继续增加不再降低涂层红外辐射率。树脂折射率实部、虚部增加,谐振区向微孔尺寸变小方向发展。控制微孔尺寸分布于较窄范围内,可以得到低红外辐射率。 Microbubbles were used as fillers and dispersed in resin materials to study the infrared radiation characteristics of such non-conductive materials.Based on the Mie scattering theory and Kubelka-Munk second-rate models,a theoretical model of infrared emissivity of the coating is given.The effects of micropore size,resin refractive index,coating thickness,and micropore content on the infrared emissivity of the coating were discussed.The results are given as follows.After the micropore volume fraction is increased to 15%,the infrared emissivity of the coating no longer decreases.After the thickness is increased to 400μm,the infrared emissivity of the coating will not be reduced.The real and imaginary parts of the refractive index of the resin increase,the resonance region develops in the direction of reducing the size of the micropores.By controlling the distribution of micropore size in a narrow range,low infrared emissivity can be obtained.
