摘要
基于非线性有限元法建立了某型小口径5.8 mm步枪弹丸挤进分析模型,分别考虑枪管膛线形状、条数和导程对弹丸挤进的影响,定性、定量地分析了不同膛线结构参数对弹丸挤进过程的运动及受力影响规律,有利于更进一步改善该型小口径步枪的内弹道过程,为优化枪管膛线结构提供理论依据。
In order to deeply understand the influence of structural parameters of a 5.8 mm rifle barrel rifling on the engraving,an engraving analysis model for a certain type of rifle was established based on nonlinear finite element method.The influences of barrel rifling shape,number of rifling and lead on the extrusion process were considered respectively.Qualitative and quantitative analysis was made on the movement and stress influence laws of different rifling structural parameters on the extrusion process,which is beneficial to further influence the internal ballistic process of the small caliber rifle and provides theoretical basis for optimizing the barrel rifling structure.
