摘要
中国文化扶贫政策的发展是一个循序渐进的过程。改革开放以来,我国文化扶贫政策的发展先后经历了四个阶段。文化扶贫在综合探索中稳步前进,精准化水平不断提高,政策体系不断完善,呈现出稳定性与渐进性、地域性与差别性、系统化与体系化的特点。扶贫工作进入到攻城拔寨的冲刺期,文化扶贫要充分调动贫困主体的积极性与创造性,正确处理好传统文化与现代文化的关系,继续探索新形式,形成系统完善的扶贫理论。
The development of China's cultural poverty alleviation policy is a gradual process.Since the reform and opening up,the development of China's cultural poverty alleviation policy has mainly experienced four stages.The cultural poverty alleviation has steadily advanced in comprehensive exploration,the level of precision has been continuously improved,and the policy system has been continuously improved,showing the characteristics of stability and progressive,regional and differential,systematization and institutionalization.The poverty alleviation work enters the sprint period.The cultural poverty alleviation should fully mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the poor subjects,correctly handle the relationship between traditional culture and modern culture,continue to explore new forms,and form a systematic and comprehensive theory of the poverty alleviation.
