摘要
基于BIM技术,针对外窗这一建筑外围护结构中热工性能最薄弱的构件进行新设计,提高外窗(尤其是智能门窗)的保温、隔热、采光等性能,降低外窗能耗,促进智能门窗发展。从问题分析中进行设计,智能门窗节能保温,降低能耗的改进,无论是对每个家庭甚至整个社会,都有特殊的意义,不仅能降低能耗,节约能源,提高智能门窗性价比,实现外窗的最佳保温性能,还可以降低我国整体的建筑能耗,提高社会的经济效益,减少经济损失。
Based on BIM technology,this thesis intends to carry out a new design for the external windows,the component with the weakest thermal performance in the building's peripheral protection structure,to improve the thermal insulation,lighting and other performance of the external windows(especially the intelligent windows and doors),reduce the energy consumption of the external windows and promote the development of intelligent windows and doors.Design from the problem analysis,this paper analyses the intelligent energy-saving insulation doors and windows,reducing energy consumption,for each family or community and even the society as a whole,has special significance,not only can reduce intelligent doors and windows of energy consumption,save energy and improve the intelligent doors and windows,the ratio of outside the window the best thermal insulation performance,can also reduce the will of the whole building energy consumption in our country,to enhance the overall economic benefits of the society,to reduce the economic loss of the construction industry.
