摘要
以某双色塑料扣为研究对象,利用Moldflow软件的热塑性塑料重叠注塑模块,分析并优化了双色注塑成型工艺。结果表明:通过增大产品局部壁厚、增加浇口数量以及采用衰减式保压方案的方式,使流动前沿温度的温差由132.3℃降至7.7℃,平均体积收缩率由7.743%降至5.300%,翘曲变形量由0.5583 mm降至0.2733 mm,并使第一次注塑与第二次注塑的充填时间差由0.510 s降至0.099 s。通过分析优化,得到了合理的双色塑料扣注塑成型工艺参数,降低了产生成型缺陷的可能性,提高了产品质量。
The thermoplastics overmolding module of Moldflow software was used to analyze and optimize the bi-color injection molding process with bi-color plastic buckle as the research object.The results show that the temperature difference at flow front is decreased from 132.3℃to 7.7℃,the average volumetric shrinkage is decreased from 7.743%to 5.300%,the warp deformation is decreased from 0.5583 mm to 0.2733 mm,and filling time difference between the first and the second injections is decreased from 0.510 s to 0.099 s by increasing the local wall thickness of the product,adding the number of gates and adopting attenuating packing scheme.The reasonable parameters of injection molding of bi-color plastic buckle are obtained through analysis and optimization,which reduces the possibility of molding defects and improves the quality of the product.
