摘要
我国经济飞速发展,社会竞争日趋激烈,单位(部门)对承担着重要行政管理职责的办公室工作提出越来越高的要求。职业压力会直接影响人的身心健康和工作状态。因此,探究办公室从业人员的压力来源及压力水平,找出缓解其身心压力的干预策略,提升其工作的幸福感,已成为当前迫切需要解决的实际问题。
With the rapid development of China's economy and the increasingly fierce social competition,the units(departments)puts forward higher and higher requirements for the office work which bears the important administrative management responsibilities.Occupational stress will directly affect people's physical and mental health and work status.Therefore,investigating the sources and levels of stress of office employees,finding intervention strategies to relieve their physical and mental stress,and improving their work happiness have become practical problems that urgently need to be solved.
