早产儿出院后不同喂养方式对其生长发育的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨早产儿出院后不同喂养方式对其生长发育的影响.方法 选取2017年1月~2018年3月本院收治的早产儿住院治疗者80例为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为两组,各40例.观察组为患儿提供早产配方奶粉喂养,对照组实施单纯母乳喂养,对所有患儿随访1个月及1年,比较随访1年时两组身高、体重及骨矿物含量变化情况,及随访1个月时,两组随访期间血红蛋白、总蛋白及白蛋白水平变化情况及两组随访期间微量元素水平变化情况.结果 随访1年分析发现观察组身高增长速度和体重增长速度均明显大于对照组(P<0.05),骨矿物含量高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组血红蛋白、总蛋白及白蛋白水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组钙离子、铁离子及锌离子水平均显著高于对照组(P<0.05).结论 对于早产儿给予早产儿配方奶粉喂养,可更好的促进患儿生长发育,提高营养支持,维持微量元素稳定性. Objective To investigate the effects of different feeding patterns on growth and development of preterm infants after discharge.Methods 80 preterm infants who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2018 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 40 patients in each group.The observation group was given premature milk feeding,while the control group used only breastfeeding.All children were followed up for 1 month and 1 year.The changes in height,weight,and bone mineral content of the two groups were compared at 1 year follow-up.The changes of hemoglobin,total protein,albumin and trace element levels were compared between the two groups at 1month follow-up.Results The 1-year followup found that the growth rate of height and weight of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),and the bone mineral content was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);The levels of hemoglobin,total protein and albumin in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);The levels of calcium,iron,and zinc ions in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preterm infants fed with formula milk can better promote the growth and development of infants,improve nutritional support,and maintain the stability of trace elements.
