摘要
动物免疫抗体水平监测是重特大动物疫病免疫接种的重要环节,不仅能有效评估畜禽动物身体健康情况,掌握动物身体抗体水平和疫苗免疫效果,同时还能及时发现患病动物,起到群防群治、降低养殖户经济损失的作用。近年,畜牧养殖规模不断扩大,疫病传播流行呈现出新的态势,疫病传播发生较多,常伴有混合感染、继发感染,造成的临床症状十分复杂,给疾病诊断带来巨大工作压力。该文主要分析动物免疫抗体监测采样工作存在的问题,论述具体的工作对策。
The monitoring of animal immune antibody level is an important part of vaccination against severe animal diseases.It can not only effectively evaluate the health condition of animals and birds,but also master the level of animal immune antibody and the effect of vaccine immunization,at the same time,the sick animals can be found in time,playing the role of group prevention and control,reducing the economic losses of farmers.In recent years,the scale of animal husbandry has been expanding,the epidemic disease spread has taken on a new situation,the epidemic disease spread more often,often accompanied by mixed infection,secondary infection,the clinical symptoms are very complex,to the disease diagnosis brought great pressure.This paper mainly analyzes the problems existing in the sampling work of animal immune antibody monitoring,and discusses the concrete countermeasures.
