国际足联形象危机与善治改革策略研究——基于国际主要媒体的新闻文本分析 被引量:2

摘要 采用文献资料、文本分析等研究方法,对国际足联形象危机三个关键阶段的新闻主题分析表明,当媒体不相信国际足联有魄力进行组织变革时,媒体就会坚持负面报道,在组织形象持续恶化的局面下,国际足联转变形象修复策略,采用了形象修复理论中的纠正措施,采取纠正措施同时必须辅以诚意致歉措施才能发挥实际功效。国际足联的改革进程并未达到媒体的预期,国际足联采取的形象修复策略并未产生实际成效,这也给中国足协的形象修复与危机公关实践提供了参考范本。 By the use of the method of literature and text analysis,this paper makes an analysis of the news themes in the three key stages of FIFA image crisis,which shows that when the media do not believe that FIFA has the courage to make organizational changes,the media will insist on negative reporting.In the situation of continuous deterioration of organizational image,FIFA has changed its image restoration strategy and adopted corrective measures in the theory of image restoration.At the same time,corrective measures must be supplemented by sincere apology measures in order to play a practical role,however,Blatter has never shown its side of sincere apology.The reform process of FIFA has not met the expectations of the media,and the image repair strategy adopted by FIFA has not produced practical results,which also provides a reference model for the image restoration and crisis public relations practice of the Chinese Football Association.
