摘要
运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法,对基于“翻转课堂”的高校健美操课程教学改革进行了研究,重点研究内容为:高校健美操“翻转课堂”课程教学模式的特点、设计流程及实施效果。旨在为推进新时代高校健美操课程教学改革,提高教学质量,打造“金课”提供一定的理论依据。
By using the methods of documentation,questionnaire and expert interview,this paper studies the teaching reform of College Aerobics Course based on the flipped classroom.It focuses on the characteristics,design process and implementation effect of the teaching mode of"flipped classroom"of College Aerobics.The purpose is to provide a theoretical basis for promoting the teaching reform of Aerobics Course in colleges and universities in the new era,and to improve the teaching quality and creating a"golden course".
