摘要 为提升虚拟仿真程度和真实还原建筑与景观的色彩风貌,弥补传统三维规划审批系统的不足,首次提出了一种将游戏引擎UNIGINE应用于规划审批工作的新技术路线。通过研究解决真实坐标、大场景优化、实景三维模型导入等关键技术,实现了基于UNIGINE的现状城市三维场景制作;利用UNIGINE的游戏引擎特性实现了超高仿真度的三维效果和日照模拟,更好地还原了规划设计意图,为专家评审提供了更直观准确的可视化辅助。该技术已应用于南宁市五象新区规划审批的日常工作中,并开发了基于UNIGINE的三维辅助规划审批系统,提供了天际线分析、风貌控制、建筑体量控制、视域控制等辅助功能,创新性地提升了三维辅助规划审批的技术水平。 Traditional 3D planning approval support system didn’t absolutely revert the color and the appearance of building and landscape,which simulation degree is low.In order to make up the shortfalls,we proposed a new technology way which applying UNIGINE into the planning approval.We solved the key technologies including geo-referenced terrain,big scene optimizing and real 3D model importing and so on,and built the 3D scene of present city based on UNIGINE.Using the game engine features of UNIGINE,we achieved the ultrahigh realistic 3D effect and sunshine simulation,which could better revert the planning design intention and provide more intuitive and accurate visual assist for expert review.Based on UNIGINE,we developed the 3D assisted planning approval system,which provided the functions of skyline analysis,appearance control,building volume control and vision control,and was applied into the planning approval of Wuxiang new area in Nanning City.The new way innovatively promotes the technical level of urban planning.
