老年2型糖尿病采用有氧运动联合二甲双胍临床疗效及对其认知功能的影响 被引量:5

Clinical Effect of Aerobic Exercise Combined with Metformin in Elderly Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Its Effect On Cognitive Function

摘要 目的探讨有氧运动辅助治疗老年2型糖尿病伴轻度认知功能障碍的效果。方法选取256例老年2型糖尿病伴轻度认知功能障碍患者分为对照组和观察组,每组各128例。对照组给予二甲双胍口服治疗;观察组于对照组基础上开展有氧运动。检测两组患者治疗前后糖脂代谢、心肺功能等指标。结果观察组各项糖脂代谢指标下降程度均优于对照组,血清C肽水平明显高于治疗前,两组治疗后BMI、WHR及体脂百分比明显下降,观察组下降程度较对照组显著(P<0.05)。两组治疗后肺活量、FC等各项指标改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗后MMSE、MoCA及ADL评分明显高于对照组,且较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05)。结论有氧运动联合二甲双胍应用于老年2型糖尿病伴轻度认知功能障碍患者的治疗具有显著效果。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of aerobic exercise on the treatment of elderly patients with type 2 diabetes with mild cognitive impairment.METHODS 256 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes with mild cognitive impairment were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 128 cases each.The control group was given oral metformin.The observation group also carried out aerobic exercise.Glucose and lipid metabolism,cardiopulmonary function and other indicators were measured before and after treatment in the two groups of patients.RESULTS The levels of glucose and lipid metabolism indicators in the observation group were better than the control group.Serum C-peptide levels were significantly higher than before treatment.After treatment,the BMI,WHR,and body fat percentage of the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.05).The improvement of vital capacity and FC after treatment in the two groups was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of MMSE,MoCA and ADL in the observation group after treatment were significantly higher than the control group,and were significantly improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Aerobic exercise combined with metformin had significant effects in elderly type 2 diabetes with mild cognitive impairment.
