单宁酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标和粪便菌群的影响 被引量:5

摘要 本试验研究了日粮中添加丹宁酸对断奶仔猪生长性能、血液生化指标和粪便微生物群的影响。选择360头(21±3)d断奶的杜×长×大公猪,平均体重为(6.48±0.65)kg,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复18头猪。对照组饲喂基础日粮,处理组在基础日粮中分别添加120、240、480和960mg/kg单宁酸,试验为期28d。分别在试验第14和28天收集仔猪粪便,统计总厌氧菌、双歧杆菌、乳酸菌、梭菌和大肠杆菌的数量。在试验第7、14、21和28天,从每个重复选择2头仔猪抽血,以测定血液学状态和血浆铁含量。结果:随着日粮单宁酸添加水平的升高,平均日增重、饲料报酬和粪中大肠杆菌数量表现为显著线性降低(P<0.05),平均日采食量有显著降低趋势(P=0.09)。粪中铁含量日粮单宁酸添加水平的升高表现为显著线性升高(P<0.05)。在第21天,日粮补充单宁酸后血浆铁浓度显著降低(P<0.05)。随着日粮单宁酸添加水平的升高,21和28d血浆血红蛋白和血球容积表现为显著线性降低(P<0.05)。结果表明,日粮添加单宁酸对猪生产性能、血液指标和血浆铁含量有一定负面影响。 The effects of dietary tannin on growth performance,hematology,plasma iron status and fecal microflora of weaned piglets were studied.Three hundred and sixty large boars weaned on(21±3)days with an average body weight of(6.48±0.65)kg were randomly divided into five groups,each containing four replicates and each containing 18 pigs.The control group was fed the basic diet,while the treatment group was fed the basic diet with 120,240,480 and 960 mg/kg tannic acid for 28 days.Piglets’feces were collected on day 14 and 28 of the experiment,and the total number of anaerobe,Bifidobacteria,Lactobacillus,Clostridium difficile and Escherichia coli were counted.On days 7,14,21 and 28 of the trial,2 piglets were selected from each repeat for blood sampling to determine the hematological status and plasma iron content.Results:with the increase of tannic acid in the diet,the average daily gain,feed remuneration and the amount of e.coli in the feces showed a significant linear decrease(P<0.05),while the average daily feed intake showed a significant decrease(P=0.09).The iron content in manure increased linearly with the increase of tannic acid(P<0.05).At the 21st day,the plasma iron concentration was significantly decreased after supplementing the diet with tannic acid(P<0.05).With the increase of tannic acid supplementation in the diet,there was a significant linear decrease in plasma hemoglobin and blood cell volume on days 21 and 28(P<0.05).The results showed that tannic acid had a negative effect on the production performance,blood index and plasma iron content of pigs.
