摘要
运用AHP-SWOT分析法,以我国老年远程教育发展为目标层,将发展老年远程教育的优势、劣势、机会、威胁等四个因素组合构建二维矩阵的准则层,采集分析指标,并对分析指标进行综合评判,建立老年远程教育发展的战略四边形,确定WO进取型战略,为广播电视大学(开放大学)发展老年远程教育提供决策依据。
By using the AHP-SWOT analysis method and taking the development of distance education for the elderly in China as the target layer,the paper combines the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats and other factors of the development of distance education for the elderly to construct a two-dimensional matrix criterion layer.Besides,it also collects and analyzes the indicators,comprehensively judges the analyzed indicators,establishes the strategic quadrangle for the development of distance education for the elderly,and then determines the WO aggressive strategy,in order to provide the basis for decision-making for the development of distance education for the elderly in the radio and television university(open university).
