纺织品耐光汗复合色牢度测试差异分析 被引量:2

Analysis on the difference of colour fastness to light and sweat of textiles

摘要 耐光汗复合色牢度是纺织品的一个重要指标,但却会因检测机构或操作人员的不同对相同的试样获得不同的耐光汗复合色牢度测试结果。分析了GB/T 14576的标准操作和商业操作存在的差异。结果表明:光照试验时的设置方法和光照时间的确定对试样耐光汗复合色牢度测试结果有较大的影响;为了减少结果误差,应将未遮盖的试样架放进光照机进行曝晒试验;试样进行耐光汗复合色牢度测试评级时,应与原样比较,不能和遮盖部位比较;最佳光照时间设为12~14 h较为适宜。 The composite colour fastness to light and sweat is an important index of textile.However,it can obtain different composite colour fastness to light and sweat for the same sample due to different detection organizations or operators.The difference between standard operation and commercial operation of GB/T 14576 was analyzed.The results showed that setting method and the determined illumination time had a great influence on the test result of the composite colour fastness to light and sweat.In order to reduce the error of results,the uncovered specimen frame should be put into the light machine for the exposure test.When the sample was rated for its composite co⁃lour fastness to light and sweat,it should be compared with the original sample,not with the covered part.The optimal illuminated time for light test is 12~14 h.
