摘要
羽绒羽毛生长在鸭、鹅动物的体表,不可避免地产生一定量的油脂。残脂率作为衡量羽绒羽毛品质的重要性能指标之一,所用的测试方法及相关操作过程都对其最终测试结果有较大的影响。为了让检测人员对羽绒羽毛残脂率检测方法更加了解,对残脂率检测常用标准进行了介绍和分析。同时,结合实际操作实践,对残脂率测试结果产生误差的操作要点进行分析总结,以便检测人员可以更好地掌握羽绒羽毛残脂率测试方法。
Down and feather grows on the body surface of duck and goose,which inevitably produces a certain amount of oil.As one of the important performance indexes to measure the quality of feather and down,the test method and relevant operation process have great influence on the final test result.In order to make the inspectors for the test method better understand,the common test standard for the residual fat rate were introduced and analyzed.At the same time,combining with the actual operating practice,the operating points affecting the results errors for residual fat rate of down and feather were analyzed and summarized,so as to facilitate testing personnel could bet⁃ter master the test method of residual fat rate of down and feather.
