光照与纺织材料色差的关系研究

Study on the relationship between solar radiation and color difference of textile materials

摘要 光照是航空救生装备在高空飞行过程中无法回避的一种自然环境条件。特纺材料作为航空装备的主体材料,其耐光照性能应能满足产品设计和使用的需要。依据产品的使用工况,对特纺材料耐光照的性能进行研究,探寻太阳辐射总量对特纺材料外观色差的影响,并对两者变化的趋势进行预测。结果表明:随着曝晒周期的延长,太阳辐射量逐渐增加,特纺材料的表面色差(值)呈现近似线性关系,研究结果可为设计、工艺及试验人员提供技术支撑和服务。 Illumination is unavoidable natural environmental condition in the flying process of aerial rescue equipment at high altitude.As the main material of aviation equipment,special textile materials should be met the re⁃quirements of product design and use.According to the working conditions of the products,the light resistance of the textile materials was studied,and the influence of the total solar radiation on the color difference of textile mate⁃rials was explored,and the changing trends were forecasted.The results showed that with the extension of the ex⁃posure period,the amount of solar radiation increased gradually,and color difference of textile materials was de⁃creased in an approximate linear trend.The research results could provide technical support and service for design⁃ers,technicians and testers.
