摘要 采用复压复烧工艺制备了不同Bi2O3含量的Ag-10SnO2-Bi2O3触点材料,并对其组织结构、密度、硬度、电阻率、抗电化学腐蚀和抗电弧腐蚀性能进行了测试和分析。结果表明,随着Bi2O3含量的增加,Ag-10SnO2-Bi2O3触点材料硬度升高,电导率下降,化学腐蚀抗力上升。触头电弧侵蚀面积与腐蚀孔洞的数量密切相关,孔洞数量增加会导致触头强度下降,扩大了配对触头的接触面积,导致电弧侵蚀面积扩大。当添加1%Bi2O3时,触头电弧侵蚀区和喷溅区面积最小,孔洞数量最少,触头性能优良。 Ag-10 SnO2-Bi2O3 Contact materials with different Bi2O3 content were prepared by repressing and resintering process.The microstructure,density,hardness,electrical resistivity,electrochemical and arc erosion resistance were tested and analyzed.The results show that with the increase of Bi2O3 content,the hardness and chemical erosion resistance of Ag-10 SnO2-Bi2O3 contact materials increase and the conductivity decreases.The arc erosion area of the contact is closely related to the number of erosion holes.The increase of the number of holes will lead to the decrease of contact strength,expand the contact area between the matched contacts,and then expand the arc erosion area.When 1% Bi2O3 is added,arc erosion area and splashing area of the contact is the smallest,the number of holes is the least,and the contact performance is excellent.
