改性国槐叶对孔雀绿的生物吸附特性

摘要 为了提高国槐叶的生物吸附能力,以废弃国槐叶为原料,经碱热烫改性制备新型生物吸附剂,采用BET、SEM、EDS和FTIR进行了表征。采用单因素实验研究温度、吸附剂用量、孔雀绿初始质量浓度、颗粒粒径、时间、pH对吸附率的影响,对显著因素进行二次正交旋转组合优化,同时分析其吸附等温模型及吸附动力学特性。吸附效果与其他材料进行横向对比,并做吸附再生实验。结果表明,改性国槐叶表面具有高度疏松的褶皱结构且比表面积大,有利于增强吸附效应;在吸附过程中多是-OH、C-C起作用,且有离子交换;最佳吸附条件:孔雀绿初始质量浓度200 mg/L、吸附剂用量1.2 g、吸附时间140 min;吸附过程较好地符合Langmuir及Freundlich等温式,说明吸附过程是单层吸附与多层吸附相结合,且符合准二级动力学模型(R^2=0.9995);改性国槐叶对孔雀绿的吸附率在1%水平上极显著地优于其他材料;5次循环使用后,吸附率仍高达66%以上。 In order to improve the biosorption capacity of the sophora japonica leaf,a new biosorbent was prepared from abandoned sophora japonica leaf modified by alkali blanching,which was characterized by BET,SEM,EDS and FTIR.The effects of temperature,the dosage of adsorbent,the initial mass concentration of malachite green,particle size,time and pH on the adsorption rate were studied by single factor experiment,and the significant factors were optimized by quadratic orthogonal rotational combination.At the same time,the adsorption isotherm model and adsorption kinetic characteristics were analyzed.The adsorption effect was compared with other materials,and the adsorption regeneration experiment was carried out.The results showed that the surface had a highly loose,folded structure and a large specific surface area,which was con⁃ducive to enhancing the adsorption effect.In the process of adsorption,—OH and C C played an important role,and there was ion exchange.The optimal adsorption conditions were as follows:malachite green initial mass concentration 200 mg/L,adsorbent dosage 1.2 g,adsorption time 140 min.The adsorption process was in accordance with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherm,indicating that the adsorption process was a combina⁃tion of single-layer adsorption and multi-layer adsorption,and the adsorption was in accordance with quasi second-order kinetic model(R^2=0.9995).The removal rate of the modified sophora japonica leaf to malachite green was significantly better than other materials at 1%level.After five cycles of use,the adsorption rate was still as high as more than 66%.
