虚拟支气管镜导航系统联合气道内超声对周围型肺病变诊断率的meta分析 被引量:5

A meta-analysis of virtual bronchoscope navigation combined with endobronchial ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral pulmonary lesions

摘要 目的系统评价虚拟支气管镜导航系统(VBN)联合气管内超声(EBUS)能否提高周围型肺病变的诊断率。方法计算机检索PubMed、EMBase、Cochrane、CBM、中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、维普中文数据库,检索时间为建库至2019年7月,收集VBN联合EBUS诊断周围型肺疾病的随机对照试验,同时手工检索相关研究的参考文献,对纳入文献进行质量评价和数据提取,采用RevMan 5.3软件进行分析。结果共纳入8项研究。meta分析结果显示,VBN+EBUS组对周围型肺疾病的诊断率优于EBUS组,差异有统计学意义(RR=1.08,95%CI:1.03~1.14,Z=2.93,P=0.003)。结论VBN联合EBUS诊断周围型肺病变的效果要优于单纯使用EBUS。 Objective To evaluate whether virtual bronchoscope navigation(VBN)combined with endobronchial ultrasound(EBUS)could improve the diagnosis rate of peripheral pulmonary lesions.Methods To search PubMed,EMBase,Cochrane,CBM,CNKI,Wanfang Data Knowledge Service Platform and VIP for randomized controlled trials published as of July 2019,in which VBN combined with EBUS diagnosed peripheral pulmonary lesions were reported.Meanwhile,references of relevant studies were retrieved manually to conduct quality evaluation and data extraction of included literature.Data processing was conducted with Revman 5.3.Results There were 8 studies included.The meta-analysis showed that the diagnostic rate of peripheral pulmonary lesions in VBN+EBUS group was better than that in EBUS group,and the difference was statistically significant(RR=1.08,95%CI:1.03-1.14,Z=2.93,P=0.003).Conclusions The diagnostic rate of peripheral pulmonary disease with VBN combined with EBUS is better than that with EBUS alone.
