摘要
在铝基复合材料表面制备了微弧氧化膜,并研究了脉冲频率对微弧氧化膜的粗糙度、耐蚀性及结合力的影响。结果表明:当脉冲频率为1000 Hz时,微弧氧化膜的粗糙度最低,表面最光滑;当脉冲频率为800 Hz时,微弧氧化膜的耐蚀性及结合力均最佳。
The micro-arc oxidation film was prepared on the surface of aluminum matrix composites,and the effect of pulse frequency on the surface roughness,corrosion resistance and binding force was studied.The results showed that the micro-arc oxidation film has the lowest roughness and the smoothest surface when the pulse frequency was 1000 Hz.The micro-arc oxidation film possessed excellent corrosion resistance and binding force when the pulse frequency was800 Hz.
