摘要
针对国家能源集团宁夏煤业有限责任公司梅花井煤矿现状,以生产业务运输一队人力资源优化为例,分析了当前运输一队人力资源方面存在的问题,总结了企业人力资源优化改进方向,提出了人力资源节约方案,并总结其产生效益,以期为同类工作提供经验借鉴。
According to the current situation of Meihuajing Coal Mine of Ningxia Coal Industry Company of CHN Energy,the paper takes the optimization of human resources of the 1st transportation team of production business as an example,analyzes the existing problems in the aspect of human resources of the team at present,summarizes the improvement direction of human resources optimization of the enterprise,puts forward the plan of human resources-saving,and summarizes the benefits it produces,so as to provide reference for similar work.
