摘要
在当今严酷的物流环境中,空调室外机的易损件极易在运输搬运过程中受到跌落冲击而发生破损。本文总结了空调室外机易损件的破损模式,并利用有限元分析软件对空调室外机包装件跌落过程进行仿真分析,进而验证缓冲包装衬垫是否满足缓冲要求。
In today’s harsh logistics environment,vulnerable parts of outdoor air-conditioner are easy to be damaged by falling impact in the process of transportation.This paper summarizes the damage modes of vulnerable parts of outdoor air-conditioner,and uses the finite element analysis software to simulate the falling process of the air conditioning package,and then verifies whether the cushion packaging liner meets the cushioning requirements.
