摘要
随着中国经济市场的发展,人们对建筑工程建设质量的要求日益严格日益严格。而建筑工程管理效率、管理质量和施工水平都直接影响着建筑工程建设质量和建设成本。建筑工程管理人员为了降低建设成本,需要对整个建筑工程成本进行全过程的造价管理,致力于实现工程建设价值的最大化。本文将重点对建筑工程经济管理中的全过程工程造价管理进行研究,对降低建筑工程施工成本有着重要的作用。
With the development of China’s economic market, people put forward more strict construction quality standards for the construction engineering. The efficiency and quality of construction project management and construction level directly affect the construction quality and construction costs. In order to reduce the construction costs, the construction project managers need to carry out the whole process cost management of the whole construction cost, and devote themselves to the realization of the maximum construction value of the project. This paper will focus on the whole process cost management in the economic management of construction projects, which plays an important role in reducing the constructions cost of construction projects.
