摘要
北京国际戏剧中心项目位于城市核心区,毗邻区属文物建筑首都剧场。为防止深基坑在支护、开挖时变形失稳,对邻近建筑物造成破坏,采取了在基坑支护结构与建筑物之间插入帷幕桩,并采用跳仓隔孔法施工技术,从而保证了支护体系的整体稳定可靠,有效避免了邻近建筑变形、损坏。
The Beijing International Dra ma Center project is located in the core of the city,which is adjacent to the cultural relics and buildings of the Capital Theater.In order to prevent the deformation and instability of deep foundation pit during support and excavation,and cause damage to adjacent buildings,curtain pile is inserted between foundation pit supporting structure and building,and the construction technology of hopper hole method is adopted,which ensures the overall stability and reliability of the supporting system and effectively avoids the deformation and damage of adjacent buildings.
