摘要
比较分析了海洋溢油探测的主要传感器,提出了基于合成孔径雷达(SAR)、激光荧光传感器(LFS)、船载自动识别系统(AIS)的机载海洋溢油探测任务系统。机动探测主要探测的内容包括航路、油井及事故突发海域溢油位置、面积、油量、种类等数据,并动态监视油膜运动趋势。分析了载荷、通信、地面保障、信息处理4个分系统,研究了AIS接收机(带安装架)、AIS天线的信息处理功能。实例验证表明该系统易于安装、成本低、实用性强。
The main sensors of ocean oil spill detection are compared and analyzed. The airborne ocean oil spill detection mission system based on Synthetic Aperture Radar(SAR), Laser Fluorescence Sensor(LFS) and Automatic Identification System(AIS) is proposed. The main contents of mobile detection include data including route, oil well and oil spill location, area, oil volume and type, and dynamic monitoring of oil film movement trend is performed. 4 sub-systems, i.e., the load, communication, ground support and information processing are analyzed. The information processing functions of AIS receiver(with mounting rack) and AIS antenna are studied. The example shows that the system is easy to install, with low cost and considerable practical value.
