摘要
为了定量分析光电探测器响应特性,需要对光电探测器进行标定。针对传统的光电探测器标定方法上的不足,提出了一种新的标定方法,该方法具有标定精度高,适用于各个波段的光电探测器等特点。试验结果表明,经过标定后的硅材料光电探测器测量精度可达3.45%,对光电探测器的标定检测具有参考价值。
In order to quantitatively analyze the response characteristics of the photodetector,the photodetector needs to be calibrated.Aiming at the shortcomings of the traditional photodetector calibration method,a new calibration method was proposed.The method has the characteristics of high calibration accuracy and is suitable for photodetectors in various bands.The test results show that the accuracy of the calibrated silicon material optoelectronics detector can reach 3.45%.This method has certain guiding significance for the calibration work of the photodetector.
