摘要
文物保护规划评审意见具有准确凝练、针对性强、指导规划成果等特点。该研究收集、整理了2008年4月至2017年7月期间全国重点文物保护单位保护规划评审意见共716份,采用了应用统计学方法,结合《全国重点文物保护单位保护规划编制要求》划分统计子项、分析评审意见分布特点,研究规划编制中容易出现的问题及评审结果的主要影响因素,进而提出保护对象、保护区划评估、保护范围具体划定是规划编制的关键部分,并提供其编制技术建议。
The review comments of conservation plans have characteristics of accurate and targeted words and guidance of plan modification.On the basis of collecting 716 review comments of Conservation Plans of National Priority Protected Site during April 2008 to July 2017,we analyze the distribution of the review comments by applied statistics methods,and discuss the common problems in conservation plans and influencing factors of results.Then we put forward the key part of the planning,including protection object,protected area assessment,the specific demarcation of the protection scope,finally we put forward technical suggestions.
