摘要
肺炎链球菌神经氨酸酶A(neuraminidase A,NanA)是由1035个氨基酸组成的多肽蛋白,是肺炎链球菌感染过程中的重要毒力因子。该蛋白在肺炎链球菌3种同源神经氨酸酶(NanA、NanB、NanC)中活性最强、保守性最高。文章从NanA的结构以及NanA在促进肺炎球菌黏附与定植、生物膜形成、引发侵袭性感染和与流感病毒协同作用、疫苗应用等方面阐述了肺炎链球菌NanA的功能。
Neuraminidase A(NanA)is an important virulence factor of Streptococcus pneumoniae that is composed of 1035 amino acids.It is the most active and conservative protein among the three homologous neuraminidases(NanA,NanB and NanC).This paper describes the structure of NanA and its role in promoting pneumococcal adhesion and colonization,biofilm formation,inducing invasive infection,synergizing with influenza viruses and vaccine application.
