摘要
目前中医治疗肿瘤的疗效评价标准仍未达到统一。本文回顾西医实体肿瘤疗效评价标准的演变过程,思考中医疗效评价体系学的形成,提出应通过较为成熟的现代医学评价体系,取其共同之处,建立体现中医治疗肿瘤特色并被国际认可的疗效评价体系标准,从而促进中医肿瘤治疗的发展。
Till now,the evaluation criteria for the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumor is still not unified.In this paper,we discussed the feasibility of establishing the traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system based on reviewing the evolution of the evaluation criteria for western medicine efficacy of solid tumor.And it is proposed that by adopting the common contents of western medicine efficacy evaluation system and traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system,the establishment of the traditional Chinese medicine efficacy evaluation system which can reflect the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of tumor and is recognized internationally will be enforced,thereby promoting the developrment of treatment of traditional Chinese medicine oncology.
