新型预应力电杆在油田架空配电线路的适应性分析 被引量:2

摘要 为了减少大庆油田6~10 kV架空配电线路中新型预应力电杆损坏对油田供电的影响和对检修维护人员的安全威胁,开展了预应力电杆应用情况分析。预应力电杆损坏的直接原因是钢筋细,耐久性较差;通过对比国家电网公司和油田相关的6~10 kV架空线路及柱上变电站通用设计图纸,图中没有明确各种杆型的电杆强度级别,导致生产使用电杆全部为I级预应力电杆,部分杆型可能存在超I级预应力电杆弯矩使用的情况而导致电杆损坏。在油田6~10 kV架空配电线路中,直线杆使用I级预应力电杆能满足基本要求,其他受力杆型应使用L级和M级普通电杆,可大幅度降低后期油田6~10 kV架空配电线路的运行维护费用。 In order to reduce the influence of damage of the new pre-stressed pole on the oilfield power supply and the safety threat to the maintenance personnel in the 6 to 10 kV overhead distribution line of Daqing Oilfield,the application of prestressed pole is analyzed.The direct reason of the damage of the pre-stressed pole is that the steel bar is thin and the durability is poor.By comparing the general design drawings of the 6 to 10 kV overhead lines and substations on columns related to state the grid corporation of China and oilfields,the pole strength levels of various pole types are not specified in the drawings,so the poles used in production are all pre-stressed poles of level I.Some pole types are subject to more stress than level I pre-stressed poles can withstand,which has caused the damage of pole.In the oilfield of 6 to 10 kV overhead distribution line,using level I pre-stressed poles for linear poles can meet the basic requirements.Level L and level M should be used for other pole types,which can greatly reduce the operation and maintenance costs of 6 to 10 kV overhead power distribution lines in the later stage of oilfields.
