摘要
目的分析评价右美托咪定与舒芬太尼对胃癌根治术的影响。方法本次采取随机盲选法,将我院于2017年2月至2018年2月收治的行胃癌根治术的患者84例分成两组,每组平均为42例;其中,对照组患者单用舒芬太尼麻醉,观察组联合使用右美托咪定与舒芬太尼麻醉,进一步比较两组麻醉对手术的影响及效果。结果①在VAS评分方面,术毕时两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);术后2 h、术后8 h、术后24 h、术后48 h观察组均明显低于对照组,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。②在Ramesay镇静评分方面,术毕时两组比较无明显差异(P>0.05);术后2 h、术后8 h、术后24 h、术后48 h观察组均明显低于对照组,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。③在各项不良反应发生率方面,观察组均明显低于对照组,两组数据差异具备统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床中,针对采取胃癌根治术的患者,采取右美托咪定联合舒芬太尼麻醉效果显著,可减轻患者术后疼痛,达到显著的镇静效果,且不良反应发生率低,进而提高手术预后效果;因此,值得在临床手术麻醉过程中采纳及应用。
Objective To evaluate the effect of dexmedetomidine and sufentanil on radical gastrectomy for gastric cancer.Methods 84 patients with radical gastrectomy in our hospital from February 2017 to February 2018 were randomly and blindly selected and divided into two groups,with an average of 42 cases in each group.Among them,patients in the control group were anesthetized with sufentanil alone,while patients in the observation group were anesthetized with dexmedetomidine and sufentanil,and the effect of anesthesia on operation was further compared between the two groups.Results(1)There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups at the end of operation.The scores of Ramesay sedation in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group at 2 h,8 h,24 h and 48 h after operation,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).(2)There was no significant difference between the two groups at the end of operation(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group at 2 h,8 h,24 h and 48 h after operation,and there was significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions(P<0.05).(3)The data of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In clinic,dexmetomide combined with sufentanil anesthesia can relieve postoperative pain and achieve significant sedation effect in patients undergoing radical resection of gastric cancer,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.And then improve the prognosis of the operation;Therefore,it is worth adopting and applying in the process of clinical anesthesia.
