摘要
目的关于红霉素联合阿奇霉素方案对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎进行治疗的临床价值和可行性探究。方法我院在2017年10月至2018年11月收治的小儿肺炎支原体肺炎患儿80例作为研究对象,将所有患儿按照随机方法分为常规治疗组和联合治疗组,每组平均为40例。常规治疗组选择红霉素进行治疗,联合治疗组在常规基础上为患者联合阿奇霉素进行治疗,评价,并比较两组患者治疗所取得的效果。结果经过治疗以后,常规治疗组患儿发热时间为(8.2±0.7)d,联合治疗组为(5.2±0.4)d,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;常规治疗组伴咳嗽症状的患儿29例,占72.50%,联合治疗组伴咳嗽症状18例,占45.00%,且常规治疗组主要以阵发性干咳为主,患者咳嗽的时间较长,联合治疗组咳嗽表现为咳痰症状,而且存在干咳症状,P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;常规治疗组治疗总有效率为72.50%(29/40),联合治疗组为92.50%(37/40),P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义;常规治疗组合并呼吸道感染发生率为32.50%(13/40),联合治疗组为15.00%(6/40),P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。结论选择采用红霉素联合阿奇霉素对小儿肺炎支原体肺炎治疗,能够有效帮助患儿改善临床症状,缩短患儿各项症状的时间,并提高患儿治疗的总有效率,降低合并呼吸道感染发生率,具有临床应用的价值。
Objective To explore the clinical value and feasibility of erythromycin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children.Methods 80 cases of children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to November 2018 were selected as subjects.All children were randomly divided into the conventional treatment group and the combined treatment group,with an average of 40 cases in each group.The conventional treatment group selected erythromycin for treatment,and the combined treatment group treated patients with azithromycin on a routine basis,and evaluated and compared the therapeutic effects of the two groups.Results After treatment,the duration of fever was(8.2±0.7)d in the conventional treatment group and(5.2±0.4)d in the combined treatment group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.There were 29 cases of children with cough symptoms in the conventional treatment group,accounting for 72.50%,and 18 cases of children with cough symptoms in the combined treatment group,accounting for 45.00%.The conventional treatment group was mainly characterized by pardays of dry cough,and the duration of cough was relatively long.The total effective rate was 72.50%(29/40)in the conventional treatment group and 92.50%(37/40)in the combined treatment group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.The incidence of respiratory tract infection was 32.50%(13/40)in the conventional treatment group and 15.00%(6/40)in the combined treatment group,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion The combination of erythromycin and azithromycin for the treatment of mycoplasma pneumoniae in children can effectively help children to improve the clinical symptoms,shorten the time of each symptom,improve the total effective rate of treatment and reduce the incidence of combined respiratory tract infection,which has clinical application value.
