摘要
目的探讨水胶体敷料预防电极片致儿童皮肤损伤的应用效果研究。方法选取102例安置心电监护仪的儿童患者,进行自身对照研究,根据电极片粘贴位置分实验侧和常规侧,定期观察与记录患者两侧接触性皮炎发生率、发生时间、揭除电极片时疼痛程度的差异。结果患儿实验侧接触性皮炎发生率明显低于常规侧,揭除电极片时疼痛程度明显低于常规侧,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。电极片粘贴致皮肤损伤时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水胶体敷料能有效预防儿童患者使用电极片致接触性皮炎的发生,同时能降低揭除电极片时疼感,提高患者的舒适度,值得在临床实践中推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effect of hydrocolloid dressing on preventing skin injury in children caused by electrodes.Methods 102 children with ECG monitors were selected for self-control study.According to the location of the electrodes,they were divided into the experimental side and the conventional side.The incidence of contact dermatitis,the time of occurrence and the degree of pain during the removal of the electrodes were observed and recorded regularly.Results The incidence of contact dermatitis in the experimental side was significantly lower than that in the conventional side,and the degree of pain in the removal of the electrodes was significantly lower than that in the conventional side(P<0.01).There was no significant difference in the time of skin injury caused by electrodes sticking(P>0.05).Conclusion Hydrocolloid dressing can effectively prevent contact dermatitis caused by the use of electrodes in children,at the same time,it can reduce the pain when removing electrodes and improve the comfort of patients.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
