摘要
石油资源一直以来都是我国非常重要的资源,不仅能够维持人们的日常生活需要,而且是部分行业在生产以及发展过程中的原材料。但是,石油资源并不是用之不竭的,所以必须在控制的同时,实现有针对性的开发。近年来,我国石油行业在发展过程中,逐渐将重心转移到了海洋石油工程项目中,为了能够从根本上保证海洋石油该工程项目的效率和质量,很多石油企业已经逐渐认识到信息化系统在其中应用的重要性,同时将信息系统应用到项目管理中,对此加以分析,能够为海洋石油工程的项目管理水平提升提供保证。
