长焰煤基柱状活性炭的制备方法研究 被引量:1

摘要 以单一长焰煤种为原料,采用预氧化和二次炭化技术对原料煤和炭化料进行处理,制备出中大孔发达的煤基柱状活性炭。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和物理吸附仪(BET)对样品的形貌和孔结构进行分析,讨论了炭化与活化条件对中大孔活性炭制备的影响。结果表明:预氧化温度为250℃、3h,粘合剂、水和煤粉三者的捏合比例为31∶6∶63,炭化温度500℃、40min,活化温度850~900℃、1.5~2.0h时,制备出孔径分布在10~130nm之间的中大孔活性炭样品。 Using a single type of coal as raw material,the coal base columnar activated carbon(AC)with medium and large holes was prepared by preoxidation and secondary carbonization.Through scanning electron microscope(SEM)and physical adsorber(BET),the morphology and pore structure of the samples were analyzed,and discussed the effects of charring and oxidation conditions on the preparation of medium and large pore AC.The results shown that the pre-oxidation temperature was 250℃,3h,the kneading ratio of binder,water,and coal powder was 31∶6∶63,the carbonization temperature was 500℃,40min,and the activation temperature was 850~900℃,1.5~2.0h,The medium and large pore AC samples were prepared and the aperture was distributed between 10~130nm.
