摘要
建筑工程造价出现问题会直接影响建筑企业盈利及健康运行,而建筑结构设计中的工程造价问题更是造价问题的核心。建筑工程设计人员需要在项目初期可行性研究阶段和初步设计阶段严格地将建筑结构设计的工程造价控制在合理范围内。本文阐述了基于结构设计的工程造价的工作内容,进而分析了建筑结构对工程造价的影响,探讨了如何对建筑结构设计中的工程造价进行合理控制。
Once there is a problem in the aspect of construction engineering cost, it will directly affect the profitability and healthy operation of the construction enterprises. And the engineering cost problem in the architectural structure design is the center of all the cost problems. Therefore, the designers of construction engineering need to strictly control the engineering cost of architectural structure design within a reasonable range in the preliminary feasibility study stage and preliminary design stage of the project. This paper expounds the work content of the project cost based on the structural design, then analyzes the influence of the building structure on the project cost, and finally discusses how to reasonably control the project cost in the architectural structure design.
