摘要
集料是沥青混凝土路面的主要组成部分,单粒径集料级配的波动范围直接影响沥青混合料矿料级配的稳定。通过收集公路沥青路面用四档规格单粒径集料筛分数据,分析了集料级配标准差及变异系数,确定了各档集料变异性最大的筛孔尺寸。根据正态分布确定了各档集料允许波动范围控制指标,为公路沥青路面施工质量稳定性控制提供参考。
Aggregate is the main component of asphalt concrete pavement, and the fluctuation range of single size aggregate gradation directly affects the stability of aggregate gradation of asphalt mixture. By collecting the data of four grades of single size aggregate screening for highway asphalt pavement, the standard deviation and coefficient of variation of aggregate grading are analyzed, and the mesh size with the largest variability of each grade aggregate is determined. According to the normal distribution, the control index of allowable fluctuation range of aggregate is determined, which provides reference and basis for quality stability control of highway asphalt pavement construction.
