摘要
自流平砂浆可以在几小时后终凝并产生高强度,其终凝之后至养护24h之间的收缩具有很高的研究价值。本文通过平行实验分别研究自流平砂浆在终凝之后脱模、在抗压强度达到10MPa之后脱模和在24h龄期之后脱模的尺寸变化率,研究自流平砂浆初始长度测量时间对尺寸变化率的影响。结果表明,自流平砂浆终凝之后脱模并测量初始长度时尺寸变化率最大,24h龄期之后脱模并测量初始长度时尺寸变化率最小,且尺寸变化率随养护龄期的增加而增大,增速越来越小。
Self-leveling mortars can solidify in hours and get high strength, therefore, the shrinkage of self-leveling mortar between final solidification to 24 h curing is of great research value. In this paper, through parallel experiments, the size change rates of self-leveling mortar demoulding after final setting, demoulding after the compressive strength reaches 10 MPa and demoulding after 24 h were respectively measured, and the effect of measuring time of initial length of selfleveling mortar on size change rate was studied. The results show that the size change rate of the initial length measured by demoulding immediately after the final setting of self-leveling mortar was the highest, and the size change rate of the initial length measured by demoulding after 24 h was the lowest. The size change rate increased with the increase of curing age, but the growth rate became smaller and smaller.
